Pat Bond – General Manager/Sales
Pat Bond has more than 46 years of experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, having built a distinguished career that began with Bryco Ready Mix in 1980 and is now being carried forward with Boulder Ready Mix. Throughout his career, Pat has successfully served in a variety of leadership and operational roles, including Sales, General Manager, and Quality Control.
His extensive industry knowledge is supported by numerous certifications and specialized training programs, including Sales Certification, Mix Design School, ACI Level I and Level II training, as well as comprehensive training in sales, safety, and management.
At Boulder Ready Mix, Pat serves as General Manager, Sales Manager, and Quality Control Manager, where he leverages his decades of industry expertise to ensure operational excellence, product quality, customer satisfaction, and continued company growth. His commitment to quality, safety, and customer service makes him an asset to both the company and its customers.
Sheila Anderson – Business Operations Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in the ready-mix concrete industry, Sheila Anderson has built a successful career that began with Transit Mix and is now being carried forward with Boulder Ready Mix. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive experience in office administration, human resources, fleet maintenance, quality control administration, safety, customer service, and operations management.
Sheila has developed a reputation for strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Her broad industry knowledge and hands-on experience allow her to effectively support all aspects of company operations.
